Sales & Visibility by Design: Sell Without Contorting

We don't teach what's popular. We teach what works. β¨
Most sales advice was written by one kind of person for that same kind of person. Cold DMs. Daily posting. Five follow-ups in a week. Push until they say yes.
If that works for you, great. For a lot of coaches and consultants, it doesn't. They follow the script for three months, land two clients, and feel like they borrowed someone else's personality to get there.
Sales & Visibility by Design starts from a different place. Your Human Design chart describes how your energy moves, how you make decisions, and how other people respond to you. When your sales process matches that design, selling stops feeling like a costume.
Here's what the course covers, plus a few things you can try this week.
π§ Why the standard playbook drains so many people
The hustle model assumes everyone has steady, renewable energy and should initiate constantly. In Human Design terms, that describes one specific pattern.
Manifestors make up roughly 9% of people, and they're built to initiate. Generators and Manifesting Generators together make up around 70%. They work best responding to what shows up. Projectors, about 20%, do their best work when they're recognized and invited. Reflectors, close to 1%, need time before big decisions, often a full lunar cycle of about 28 days.
So when a Projector forces 30 cold pitches a week, the resistance has nothing to do with mindset. The strategy simply doesn't match the person. The same goes for a Generator who drags themselves through a launch they never felt a gut "yes" for.
Working harder at the wrong strategy won't fix it. Finding the right one will.
πΌ Sell the way your energy actually works
Each type has a natural sales motion. We spend a full module on each one, with scripts and real examples.
Manifestors: inform, then move. You don't need permission. You do need to tell people what's coming. A short email before a launch ("Here's what I'm opening next Tuesday and why") cuts resistance more than any countdown timer.
Generators and Manifesting Generators: build things people can respond to. Post a question. Open a poll. Share a half-finished idea. Then notice which replies light you up. Your gut response tells you which offer to build and which client to take.
Projectors: become easy to recognize. Share sharp, specific observations about your niche so the right people invite you in. One thoughtful case study that prompts someone to ask "Can you look at my business?" beats ten generic posts.
Reflectors: sample your environment. Test offers in different rooms and communities. Give yourself the full cycle before committing to a price or a partnership.
π± Visibility that doesn't cost you your sanity
Visibility is where most people quietly give up. They try to post every day, burn out in week three, and vanish for a month.
In the course we build a content rhythm around your defined and open centers. With an open Throat center, for example, speaking on demand can feel exhausting. Recorded content you can redo often works better than live video. With a defined Sacral, you can sustain more output, as long as you only commit to topics you genuinely respond to.
Picture a Projector coach who drops from five posts a week to two. She swaps quick tips for one detailed breakdown of a client problem. People finally see the depth they'd want to hire, and the invitations start coming to her.
Less output. More signal. That's the shift we help you make.
π€ Sales conversations that feel like conversations
The discovery call is where design shows up most clearly. Some people need to lead the call. Others do better when the prospect talks and they listen for the right moment to offer insight.
We walk through decision Authority here too. If you have Emotional Authority, closing on the spot can backfire for you and for the client. You'll practice saying, "I like to sleep on big decisions, and I'd love for you to do the same." Then you set a clear follow-up date so momentum stays intact.
That one habit prevents rushed yeses that later turn into regret, refunds, or clients who were never a fit.
β―οΈ The formula we keep coming back to
Awareness β Authenticity β Action
- Awareness: Know your type, strategy, and authority. Pull up your chart and write them down.
- Authenticity: Audit your current sales process. Mark every step that feels forced.
- Action: Replace one forced step this week with one that fits your design.
Small swaps compound. Change one habit a week and you'll have rebuilt your whole process in 12 weeks.
π Try this before you start
Pick your last three sales that felt easy. Write down how each one started. Maybe you reached out. Maybe they asked you. Maybe you replied to something they posted.
Most people spot a clear pattern within ten minutes. That pattern is usually your design showing you how you sell best.
β¨ Sell like yourself, starting now
Sales & Visibility by Design gives you type-specific scripts, a visibility plan built from your chart, and a decision framework for pricing and offers. No contortions required.
