Do I need to know my Human Design type before starting?+
Yes. Pull your chart at jovianarchive.com or mybodygraph.com before Day 1. The course is built around your type's specific leadership signature—you can't apply it without knowing whether you're a Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, or Reflector.
I'm not in a formal leadership role. Will this still work for me?+
If you influence anyone—a project team, clients, a household, a creative collaboration—you're leading. The course applies to positional authority and energetic authority equally. You'll adapt the examples to your actual sphere of influence.
What if my team doesn't know Human Design?+
They don't need to. You'll change how you communicate, decide, and direct energy. Your team will experience you as clearer and more consistent—they won't need the theory to feel the shift.
Is this just theory or will I actually change how I lead during the course?+
Every day includes a task you complete in your real leadership context—conversations, meetings, delegation, feedback. You'll shift your leadership style in action across fourteen days, not in a reflection journal.
