Legacy Capital
Wealth That Outlives the Business
Powered by the Exponential Coach Methodology 🧭
Awareness → Authenticity → Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You built the business, but is your family's future still trapped inside it? 💼
Legacy Capital
Legacy Capital is a 21-day strategic course that moves you from vague anxiety about concentration risk to a documented capital plan your family can rely on. You'll gain awareness of how successful entrepreneurs structure lasting wealth, build authentic clarity on your own risk tolerance and timeline, and take action to draft a separation strategy before the next business cycle turns.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll map exactly how much wealth sits inside versus outside your business today.
You'll apply a decision model for when and how to extract capital safely.
You'll calculate the minimum external wealth number that lets your family sleep at night.
You'll understand where extracted capital can live beyond another operating business or single real estate bet.
You'll know exactly what to ask your tax advisor, wealth manager, and attorney.
You'll finish with a written plan separating business risk from family security over 36 months.
- You've built a business worth seven figures or more and most of your net worth is still inside it
- You think about exit timelines, succession, or just reducing personal exposure, but haven't formalized a plan
- You want to protect your family's future without strangling the business that still funds your life
- You're ready to think like a wealth steward, not just an operator
- ✕ You're still in startup mode and every euro goes back into growth (come back when you have margin to extract)
- ✕ You want passive income hacks or get-rich-quick asset plays (this is structural capital strategy, not speculation)
- ✕ You expect someone else to do the work (you'll draft the plan yourself, then bring in advisors to execute it)
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1 to 6. You'll audit your current capital structure, understand why successful entrepreneurs often go broke despite revenue success, and face the real number: how much of your family's security depends on one entity you don't fully control.
Days 7 to 12. You'll define your personal liquidity floor, clarify your risk tolerance versus your spouse's, and separate the wealth you need from the wealth you want. This is where the emotional work happens.
Days 13 to 18. You'll build a phased extraction model, choose asset classes for external capital, and draft the tax-smart sequencing with your advisors. Every day produces a section of your written plan.
Days 19 to 21. You'll pressure-test your draft plan against three business scenarios, schedule the first advisor meetings, and commit to the 90-day milestones that turn strategy into structure.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with founders and family business leaders navigating the tension between growth and security. He's watched businesses worth eight figures evaporate because the owner never separated personal wealth from enterprise risk, and he's guided others to exit with generational capital intact. This course distills the capital strategy frameworks he's built with entrepreneurs across Europe who wanted to stop betting everything on one outcome. His approach is direct: no ideology about markets or asset classes, just the structural decisions that protect what you've already built while you keep building.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I had 4.2 million euros on paper and 47,000 in liquid savings outside the company. Three weeks later I had a plan to change that over two years without killing cash flow. The relief was immediate."
Markus T., manufacturing CEO, Stuttgart (composite student voice)
"This course finally made me admit I was running a successful business but a terrible wealth strategy. The personal liquidity floor calculation in week two was the wake-up call I needed."
Elena R., SaaS founder, Barcelona (composite student voice)
"I've worked with wealth advisors before but never knew what questions to ask. Now I walk into those meetings with a plan they refine, not a blank slate they fill with their products."
Jan K., third-generation family business owner, Amsterdam (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
Do I need to involve my accountant or wealth advisor during the course?+
Not during the 21 days. You'll draft the strategy yourself first, then bring it to your advisors in week four with specific questions. The course teaches you what to ask and what decisions are yours versus theirs.
Will this tell me which investments to buy?+
No. This is capital architecture, not portfolio construction. You'll learn how to think about asset class diversification and liquidity, but specific funds or properties are between you and your advisors after you finish.
I'm planning to sell the business in 18 months. Is this still relevant?+
Absolutely. Exit planning is capital strategy under time pressure. You'll use the same separation framework but compress the timeline and prioritize pre-sale liquidity moves.
What if my spouse and I disagree on risk tolerance?+
Week two addresses exactly that. You'll each calculate your personal floor separately, then build a plan that respects both numbers. Most couples discover they're closer than they thought once the assumptions are visible.
How technical does this get with tax law?+
The course stays at the strategic level. You'll understand the tax questions you need to ask (extraction timing, entity structure, jurisdiction) but you won't become a tax expert. Bring your country-specific advisor in after you draft the plan.
