Partnership Power
Partnership Power takes you from transactional deals to strategic alliance architecture in 21 days. You'll move from awareness of your current portfolio gaps through authentic evaluation of fit and value exchange to action: one live partnership initiated, restructured, or exited with a repeatable decision system you'll use for every future alliance.
Six shifts. One new you. π±
Visual audit of current alliances by strategic value, resource drain, and ecosystem position
Repeatable framework for evaluating any partnership against capability gaps and market access
Structured format for scoping partnerships with clear success metrics and exit criteria
Distinct approaches for co-development deals, channel partnerships, and ecosystem plays
Initiated new alliance, restructured underperforming relationship, or exited misaligned commitment
Three-year partnership roadmap aligned to your growth thesis and market position
- You're C-suite, founder, or senior leader responsible for partnerships, alliances, or business development
- You've done deals before but lack a systematic way to evaluate which partnerships actually compound value
- You're building or scaling in a market where ecosystems and platforms are reshaping competitive dynamics
- You need to make a partnership decision in the next 90 days and want a framework that outlasts this one deal
- β You're looking for a course on sales partnerships or affiliate programs (this is strategic alliances, not channel tactics)
- β You want theoretical strategy without getting your hands dirty on a real partnership evaluation during the course
- β You believe all partnerships are win-win and aren't ready to walk away from misaligned relationships
A curriculum designed to move you π§
Audit your current portfolio. Map every active alliance by time cost, strategic value, and actual outcomes versus promises. Identify the three partnerships draining resources and the two white-space opportunities your competitors are filling. Walk away from Module 1 knowing which relationships to double down on, which to restructure, and which to exit.
Build your repeatable decision system. Learn to evaluate partnerships across four dimensions: capability fit, market access value, execution risk, and ecosystem position. Apply the framework to one live opportunity or existing relationship. By Day 10, you'll have a scored partnership brief ready for internal discussion or external negotiation.
Move from handshake to operating agreement. Design governance models for joint ventures, co-development deals, and ecosystem plays. Prepare negotiation positions that protect your leverage while creating genuine value exchange. Script the difficult conversations: misaligned expectations, underperformance, and exit terms. Execute one real negotiation or restructuring conversation.
Zoom out to the three-year view. Map the ecosystem you're building into or creating. Identify platform plays, vertical integrations, and competitive alliances. Draft your partnership roadmap with sequencing, resource allocation, and success metrics. Final day: commit your next partnership action and install the quarterly portfolio review rhythm.

Growth, in their own words π
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I used the Fit-Value Matrix on three pending partnerships and killed two of them in Week 1. The third became our fastest-growing channel because we finally structured it correctly. Saved us 18 months of slow failure."
Marcus Wei, COO, SaaS platform, Singapore (composite student voice)
"We'd been in a joint venture for two years that felt stuck. The restructuring conversation framework gave me the script to renegotiate governance and success metrics. We're now aligned or we're out by Q2, either way we stop bleeding resources."
Annika Holm, Chief Strategy Officer, logistics, Stockholm (composite student voice)
"The ecosystem mapping exercise revealed we were playing for partnerships when we should have been building the platform. Changed our entire growth strategy and three months later we signed our first platform partner."
Dev Sharma, Founder, fintech, London (composite student voice)
FAQ β―οΈ
I don't have an active partnership negotiation right now. Can I still take this course?+
Yes. You'll use the framework to audit your existing portfolio, evaluate dormant relationships, or build the brief for your next opportunity. The system works whether you're initiating, restructuring, or exiting. Many students use the 21 days to finally decide on partnerships they've been avoiding.
Does this cover channel partnerships and reseller agreements?+
Partially. The fit-value framework applies to any partnership, but the course focus is strategic alliances, joint ventures, and ecosystem plays at the enterprise or growth-stage level. If your primary need is building a reseller network, this may be too strategic. If you're deciding whether a channel partnership is worth the investment, the framework fits.
What if the partnership I'm working on involves legal complexity or multiple stakeholders?+
This course gives you the strategic and negotiation architecture. It is not legal advice and does not replace your M&A or contracts team. Use it to build the business case, structure the deal logic, and prepare for internal and external negotiations. Then bring in your lawyers for the agreements.
How much time per day does this require?+
Morning topic: 5 minutes. Daily task: 30 to 90 minutes depending on the day (some days are research and mapping, others are live conversations). Evening reflection: 10 minutes. The heaviest days are the portfolio audit (Day 2-3) and the live negotiation or restructuring conversation (Days 14-16). Expect to invest 60 minutes most days.
Can I take this course with my co-founder or partnership lead?+
Absolutely. Many executives take this with their Head of BD or co-founder. You'll each complete the individual exercises but can collaborate on the portfolio audit and final strategy. The daily tasks are designed so one person can drive them, which is critical since partnership decisions often require unilateral executive action even in collaborative cultures.
