Self-Coaching Mastery
Self-coaching isn't journaling harder. It's installing a structured question sequence that moves you from fog to decision in one sitting. This 21-day mastery course teaches you the exact protocol expert coaches use—reframed so you can run it on yourself. Awareness: you'll surface what's actually driving the stuckness. Authenticity: you'll separate other people's scripts from your real values. Action: you'll resolve two live dilemmas during the course using nothing but the question map.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll internalize the exact structure: situate, surface, separate, scenario-test, select, commit—and complete two full cycles.
Not hypothetical exercises. Two real decisions from your current life, moved from fog to committed action.
You'll diagnose why you're stuck: missing information, conflicting values, or fear—and apply the correct intervention.
You'll cut decision drag from days to hours by structuring thought instead of looping in it.
You'll trust your own process enough to stop outsourcing every hard choice to friends, mentors, or delay.
This isn't a course you finish. It's a tool you own, refine, and use every time a real fork appears.
- You're experienced with self-development but still lose days ruminating when a real decision lands.
- You can see other people's blind spots instantly but go blind when it's your own career, relationship, or direction.
- You want a structured thinking tool, not another guru telling you to trust your gut or follow your bliss.
- You're ready to take full responsibility for your decisions without needing external validation every time.
- ✕ You want someone else to tell you the right answer (this teaches you to find it yourself).
- ✕ You're early in self-development and need foundational habits first (try Core Reset tier).
- ✕ You think clarity comes from more information (it comes from better questions—we'll prove it).
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1–6. You'll learn to situate the dilemma, surface hidden stakes, and separate inherited scripts from true preferences. You'll apply the intake protocol to your first live decision.
Days 7–12. You'll run scenario-testing against your actual values (not aspirational ones), expose conflicts, and rank competing goods. You'll resolve dilemma one and document the decision path.
Days 13–18. You'll move through the selection and commitment phases on dilemma two, install the fear-check protocol, and practice the 48-hour decision lock that prevents reversal spirals.
Days 19–21. You'll refine your question sequence, build a decision journal template, and design your personal coaching session format—so this becomes a weekly practice, not a one-time course.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades training leaders to think clearly under pressure—and the hardest person to coach is always yourself. After running thousands of coaching sessions, he realized the best clients weren't the ones who booked the most hours; they were the ones who internalized the question structure and could eventually run it solo. This course distills that structure into a self-coaching protocol you can master in 21 days.
He's guided over 1,500 leaders through high-stakes decisions: career pivots, business exits, relationship crossroads, identity shifts. The method works because it doesn't require you to be calm, confident, or certain—it works when you're confused, scared, and stuck. Which is exactly when you need it most.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I've been in therapy for three years and have two business coaches. This course taught me something none of them did: how to coach myself through a decision in real time. I resolved a six-month career stalemate in week two using just the question map."
Larissa Chen, strategy consultant, Singapore (composite student voice)
"I thought I needed more data. Turns out I needed better questions. The values stress-test in week two exposed a conflict I'd been ignoring for a decade. I made the call within 48 hours and haven't second-guessed it once."
Tomás Ruiz, founder, Barcelona (composite student voice)
"The decision journal alone is worth the course price. I now have a documented track record of my own judgment—and I trust myself in a way I never did before. I've used the protocol four times since finishing, on everything from hiring to relocation."
Nina Karlsson, product leader, Stockholm (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
What if I don't have two big dilemmas right now?+
You do—you're just not framing them as decisions. Week one includes a dilemma audit that surfaces the choices you've been avoiding or treating as predetermined. If you genuinely have zero decisions in your life, you're either on autopilot or in denial, and this course will find them.
Is this the same as journaling or talking to a friend?+
No. Journaling is self-expression; this is structured interrogation. Talking to a friend gives you their perspective; this teaches you to generate your own. The question sequence is designed to move you from fog to decision in one session—not to process feelings or collect more opinions.
Can I really coach myself, or do I need an external person to see my blind spots?+
You'll always have blind spots. But most decisions don't fail because of blind spots—they fail because of unclear values, unexamined assumptions, or fear disguised as needing more information. The protocol handles all three. You'll still want external coaching sometimes; you just won't need it every time.
How is this different from decision-making frameworks I already know?+
Most frameworks help you analyze options. This one helps you clarify what you actually want, separate it from what you think you should want, and commit without spiraling. It's not a pros-and-cons list. It's a coached conversation you have with yourself, using questions that cut through the fog.
What if I complete the course and still can't decide?+
Then you've learned you don't have a clarity problem—you have a courage problem, a timing problem, or a false dilemma. The protocol will tell you which. That's also a resolution: knowing why you're stuck is how you stop wasting energy pretending you need one more framework.
