The Energy Portfolio
Investing Yourself Where Life Gives Back
Powered by the Exponential Coach Methodology 🧭
Awareness → Authenticity → Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You're investing your energy everywhere except the places that actually fill you back up 🌱
The Energy Portfolio
The Energy Portfolio treats your life like the finite resource it is. Over 21 days, you'll map where your energy actually goes, identify the hidden drains masquerading as necessities, and make two concrete reallocations from depletion to restoration. Awareness of your current spend, authenticity about what truly matters, and action that shifts the balance for good.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
A written map of where every major energy investment currently flows in your week
The ability to spot hidden energy leaks disguised as duty, politeness, or necessity
You will have reduced or eliminated two specific energy-negative commitments by day 21
You will have increased time in two activities that genuinely restore you, with recurring calendar proof
Language and mental frameworks to say no without shame or over-explanation
A monthly 15-minute practice to keep your energy investments aligned long-term
- You've achieved a lot externally but feel hollowed out internally, and you're ready to fix that
- You suspect you're over-giving in some areas and under-investing in yourself, but you need a system to see it clearly
- You want a permanently sustainable life, not another temporary reset or self-care weekend
- You're willing to make real cuts and face the discomfort of disappointing people in order to reclaim yourself
- ✕ You believe rest is laziness and the answer to tiredness is working harder
- ✕ You're looking for time management tips to fit even more into your schedule
- ✕ You need external validation for every boundary you set and won't act without full consensus
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1-6: Map your current energy investments across all seven life domains. Identify inputs, outputs, and the hidden costs of 'neutral' activities. Complete your personal energy audit with brutal honesty.
Days 7-12: Distinguish between hard-but-nourishing and hard-and-depleting. Name the guilt traps, obligation myths, and identity stories keeping you locked in energy-negative patterns. Choose your two drains to cut.
Days 13-18: Execute the cuts. Add back two energy sources with protected time. Handle the pushback, the guilt, the fear of letting people down. Build the new normal into your actual calendar.
Days 19-21: Anchor the shift with a monthly energy portfolio review ritual. Reflect on what changed internally when you stopped tolerating depletion. Write your 90-day energy contract with yourself.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with high-performers who hit the same wall: external success, internal exhaustion. Trained across psychology, business strategy, and relocation coaching, they've guided over 1,500 leaders and individuals toward lives that don't require constant sacrifice to sustain.
This course distills the energy audit framework used with private clients into a 21-day self-guided practice. It's built for people who are done with the grind and ready to architect a life that refills them, not just demands from them.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I cut a volunteer role I'd held for three years and a weekly call with a friend who only ever vented. The guilt lasted four days. The relief is still growing six months later."
Annika M., communications director, Vienna (composite student voice)
"The energy ledger made me realize I was spending 12 hours a week on things I didn't even enjoy—I just thought I was supposed to. Two reallocations later, I have my mornings back and I'm painting again."
David L., software architect, Zurich (composite student voice)
"I thought balance meant doing everything perfectly. This course taught me balance means doing less, choosing harder, and protecting what actually fills me up. My calendar looks unrecognizable now—in the best way."
Priya S., HR consultant, London (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
What if the people I disappoint when I reallocate get angry or hurt?+
They might. The course gives you language to communicate boundaries without cruelty and frameworks to handle guilt, but it doesn't promise everyone will cheer for your choices. It does promise you'll learn to tolerate their disappointment without abandoning yourself.
Can I do this course while working full-time and managing a family?+
Yes. The daily lesson takes 5 minutes to read, and the tasks fit inside your existing day—they're not additions, they're reallocations. You'll be cutting things out, not piling more on.
What if I can't identify two full drains to cut?+
The audit process in the first six days surfaces them. Most people discover they have far more than two. If you genuinely can't find two energy-negative commitments after the ledger work, you're either in a rare state of perfect balance or you're not being honest with yourself yet. The course helps with both.
Is this about self-care routines like meditation or bubble baths?+
No. This is about structural reallocation of where your finite energy goes across work, relationships, health, rest, growth, and play. If meditation restores you and you're not doing it, you might add it back. If bubble baths drain you but you force them because they're 'supposed' to help, you'll cut them.
What happens after the 21 days?+
You'll have a monthly portfolio review practice to maintain the reallocations and catch new drains early. The course includes a 90-day energy contract template to keep the shifts alive. Lifetime access means you can repeat the full audit annually or whenever life shifts significantly.
