The Inner Circle
Advisors, Mentors and Masterminds
Powered by the Exponential Coach Methodology π§
Awareness β Authenticity β Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You built the empire alone, but the next level demands voices sharper than your own π§
The Inner Circle
This 21-day course teaches you to architect your inner circle with the precision you apply to capital allocation. You'll map your current advisory ecosystem, identify the exact gaps costing you momentum, and add one qualified voice that changes how you see your next move. Awareness of what strategic input actually looks like. Authenticity about who earns a seat at your table. Action that upgrades your counsel before month-end.
Six shifts. One new you. π±
A written map of every voice influencing your strategy, with retention decisions for each
The three questions your current circle cannot answer because they share your biases
Your non-negotiable filter for who gets to challenge your thinking going forward
How to structure peer counsel that sharpens strategy without wasting Wednesdays on check-ins
A qualified advisor, mentor, or peer added to your circle with clear terms
The repeating rhythm for extracting maximum value from every strategic relationship you keep
- You run a business doing seven figures or more and the decisions now require perspective you don't have alone
- You've hired coaches or joined masterminds before and know the difference between accountability theater and real counsel
- You're willing to fire relationships that no longer serve the business, even if they're comfortable or long-standing
- You want a board-level filter for strategy but you're building this empire without traditional investors or partners
- β You're still figuring out product-market fit and need execution coaching, not strategic counsel architecture
- β You think mentorship means finding one guru to follow, not curating a diverse board of challenge
- β You're not ready to invest serious money or serious access in exchange for the right advisory voices

Coach
The Exponential Coach π€
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with founders, CEOs, and portfolio operators navigating the loneliness of high-stakes strategy. He built advisory circles for three exits, watched brilliant leaders stall because they optimized for agreement over challenge, and learned that the quality of your counsel determines the ceiling of your empire more than any other single factor.
This course distills the advisory architecture he's installed with 1,500+ leaders across industries, geographies, and growth stages. It's designed for the entrepreneur who knows that every business is a bet on judgment, and judgment sharpens only when surrounded by people smarter than you in the domains that matter most.
Growth, in their own words π
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I fired two advisors in week one and added a former operator from my target exit range in week three. The clarity alone was worth ten times the course fee."
Annika BergstrΓΆm, SaaS founder, Stockholm (composite student voice)
"I've done masterminds that cost 50k a year and felt like expensive therapy. This taught me to filter for strategic IQ, not just chemistry, and my Q4 decisions showed the difference immediately."
Marcus Okonkwo, private equity operator, London (composite student voice)
"The advisory audit was brutal in the best way. I realized I'd been paying for validation, not challenge. Now I have three voices I trust to tell me I'm wrong, and my board feels like a board."
Lena KovaΔ, manufacturing CEO, Vienna (composite student voice)
FAQ β―οΈ
I already have a coach and a peer group. Do I need this?+
If your coach challenges your strategy and your peer group includes people who've exited at your target scale, maybe not. But if you're paying for accountability or camaraderie instead of board-level counsel, this course will show you what you're missing and how to add it without starting from scratch.
What if I can't afford high-end advisors or board members?+
The course teaches exchange models beyond cash: equity, rev share, project fees, and structured reciprocity. Most qualified advisors at growth stage care more about the quality of the challenge and the caliber of the operator than the retainer. You'll learn how to position the relationship so it's worth their time.
Will this work if I'm a solopreneur or small team?+
If you're doing multiple six figures solo, yes. The principles scale down. But if you're still in the hustle-and-test phase, you need execution systems before you need a strategic inner circle. Come back when the bottleneck is decision quality, not capacity.
How much time does this require per day?+
Five minutes to read the morning lesson, 20 to 60 minutes for the daytime task depending on the day. Some tasks are quick audits. Others involve reaching out to a potential advisor or structuring a conversation. All tasks happen inside your normal week; nothing requires special scheduling beyond one strategic meeting or call.
What if I don't add a new advisor by day 21?+
The course gives you the framework, the outreach templates, and the filtering criteria. Timing depends on your network and how fast you move. Most participants identify and approach at least two candidates by week three. If you haven't closed one by day 21, you'll have the exact roadmap to close them in the 30 days after.
