    The honest truth

You've proven you can sell, deliver, and survive—now build a company that works without you 🚀

    👉
I'm the bottleneck in every decision, every sale, every delivery, and I can't take a vacation without everything falling apart
    👉
I know I need systems and people, but I don't know where to start without burning cash or losing control
    👉
Every time I try to delegate, it comes back broken, so I end up doing it myself anyway
    Introducing

    The Scale Sprint

The Scale Sprint is your 100-day build plan from founder-dependent hustle to a real operating company. You'll gain Awareness of what actually needs to scale first, Authenticity about your role as owner versus operator, and Action through daily tasks that install systems, hire right, and free your calendar. No theory. Just the build.

    What you'll walk away with

Six shifts. One new you. 🌱

A working organizational chart with roles, not just names

You'll design the target structure two years out and fill the first critical gap.

Three core processes documented so someone else can run them

Sales, delivery, and onboarding turned into followable systems that work without you.

Your first strategic hire made with a scorecard and onboarding plan

You'll know who to hire, how to brief them, and how to let go.

A weekly operating rhythm that runs the business while you work on it

Meetings, dashboards, and reviews that create accountability without your constant presence.

Cash flow visibility and a profit-first money system installed

You'll see thirteen weeks ahead and take profit by design, not luck.

Your redefined role as owner with two operational exits completed

You'll write your new job description and permanently leave two things you used to do.

    This is for you if…
    • You're doing at least 200K revenue but still working in the business sixty hours a week
    • You've tried to hire or delegate before and it didn't stick, so you're doing it all again
    • You know the next level requires structure but you don't want to become a corporate drone
    • You're ready to build a company that could run for two weeks without you checking in
This is not for you if…
    • ✕ You're still in the idea or first-sale stage—this is for operators who've already proven the model
    • ✕ You want to stay solo forever and just optimize your own productivity, not build a team
    • ✕ You're looking for motivation or mindset work—this is a systems build, not a pep talk

A curriculum designed to move you 🧭

    01
Awareness: The Scale Diagnostic (Weeks 1–3)

Audit your current founder dependencies, map what's actually breaking, identify your highest-leverage structural move, and face the honest gap between where you are and a business that runs without you. You'll score yourself across seven scale dimensions and choose your first build priority.

    02
Authenticity: Role and Structure (Weeks 4–7)

Redefine your role from operator to owner, design the target organization chart, write real job descriptions, and decide what you'll never do again. You'll separate founder work from employee work and build the leadership bench you actually need, not the one you think you should have.

    03
Action: Systems and People (Weeks 8–12)

Document your three most critical processes, install your first strategic hire with a full scorecard and onboarding plan, build delegation checkpoints that create accountability without micromanagement, and turn your calendar into an owner's calendar. This is where the business starts running without you in the room.

    04
Integration: Operating Rhythm and Exit Prep (Weeks 13–14)

Install the weekly operating system that replaces you as the central nervous system, build cash flow visibility with a rolling thirteen-week view, complete two full operational exits, and lock in the new structure with a sustainability plan. You'll finish with a business that could sell, scale, or run while you're gone.

    The Exponential Coach 🤝

The Exponential Coach has spent twenty years building and scaling businesses, from venture-backed startups to seven-figure service companies, and coaching hundreds of founders through the messy middle between hustle and enterprise. This course distills the exact build sequence used with operators doing 200K to 2M who were ready to stop being the business and start owning it.

The methods here come from real scale work—documenting processes that actually get followed, hiring people who stay, installing operating rhythms that survive founder vacation. No borrowed frameworks from companies you'll never be. Just the build plan that works when you're the one writing the checks.

    Voices from the journey

Growth, in their own words 💖

Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.

"I went from answering every client question personally to having a team that handles ninety percent of delivery while I focus on strategy. The org chart exercise alone was worth the entire price—I finally saw what I was trying to become."

Markus Reinhardt, SaaS founder, Munich (composite student voice)

"Three months ago I couldn't take a weekend off. Now I have a documented sales process, a hire who owns onboarding, and a weekly rhythm that runs whether I'm there or not. The cash flow module saved me from a mistake I didn't even see coming."

Sophie Arnaud, consulting firm owner, Lyon (composite student voice)

"I've read all the scale books and they tell you what a real company looks like but not how to build one when you're still doing the work. This course gave me the daily tasks and the actual systems. My team went from chaos to structure in fourteen weeks."

Priya Mehta, agency founder, London (composite student voice)

    Questions, answered

    FAQ ☯️

I'm already stretched thin—how much time does this take per week?+

Plan for five to seven hours weekly: one hour for the lesson content, three to five hours executing the build tasks in your real business, and one hour for the weekly operating rhythm once it's installed. This isn't extra work—it's replacing firefighting with building. Most founders reclaim ten to twenty hours per week by week twelve.

Do I need to hire people during the course or can I build the structure first?+

You can do either. The course teaches you how to design roles and document systems whether you hire during the sprint or prepare to hire after. Many founders use the first eight weeks to build the hiring scorecard and processes, then execute the hire in weeks nine through twelve. You control the timing.

What if I've already tried to systematize and it failed?+

Most first attempts fail because founders document what they do instead of designing what should happen without them. This course teaches you to build owner-proof systems—processes that work when someone else runs them, with checkpoints that catch problems early. You'll also learn how to delegate with real accountability, not hope.

Is this only for product businesses or does it work for service companies?+

It works for any business model where the founder is currently the bottleneck. Service, product, hybrid, agency, coaching, SaaS—the scale principles are the same. The tasks adapt to your business type, and the examples cover multiple models. If you're doing 200K+ and stuck in operations, this applies.

What happens after the 100 days?+

You'll have a working structure, documented systems, a weekly operating rhythm, and at least one operational area you've fully exited. The business won't be finished—scale is continuous—but you'll have the foundation and the repeatable method to keep building. Lifetime access means you can return to any module when you're ready for the next layer.

    About this course

You built something that works, and now it only works when you do. Over 100 days, you will turn a one-person operation into a company with a scalable offer, documented systems, a first hire, a sales process others can run, and finances you control. Each day gives you one idea, one real task inside your business, and one evening question. By Day 100, your business has run a full working day without you, and you hold a signed 12-month company plan.
