Radical Honesty in Love

Awareness → Authenticity → Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You've built a strong relationship, but somewhere along the way you stopped saying the truest things 💖
The Unfiltered Hour
The Unfiltered Hour is a 21-day mastery course that teaches long-term couples how to practice radical honesty without destroying trust. You'll move from awareness of what you've been withholding, to authentic expression within structured safety, to action through three full radical-honesty sessions with your partner. This is not therapy. This is a designed practice for couples ready to go deeper than most ever will.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll hold space for the unsaid things and emerge closer, not broken.
Map the withheld truths across desire, fear, resentment, and longing.
Safety rules, repair commitments, and boundaries you both design together.
Learn the architecture of honesty that deepens intimacy instead of weaponizing truth.
Understand the emotional aftermath and hold each other through it.
Turn the unfiltered hour into a quarterly or annual ritual for your relationship.
- You've been together long enough that comfort sometimes feels like distance
- You're willing to feel uncomfortable in service of something truer
- You trust your partner enough to risk being fully seen
- You want a practice, not a lecture—something you do together, not something you learn about
- ✕ You're in crisis, fresh betrayal, or active harm (get a therapist first, then come back)
- ✕ You want your partner to change but aren't ready to be seen yourself
- ✕ You think honesty means saying every critical thought out loud without consequence
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1 to 6. Map the anatomy of your silence. Identify what you edit, why you edit it, and what that caution costs your intimacy. Distinguish protective withholding from intimacy-killing withholding. Audit your own honesty baseline.
Days 7 to 12. Learn the structure of radical honesty that doesn't destroy. Build your shared honesty contract, including safety rules, repair protocols, and the topics you'll explore. Practice vulnerability in calibrated doses before the full sessions.
Days 13 to 18. Complete three structured radical-honesty sessions with your partner. Each session covers a different domain: desire and attraction, fears and insecurities, resentments and unmet needs. Debrief each session together the following day.
Days 19 to 21. Process the vulnerability hangover. Discuss what changed, what you learned, and what you'll keep doing. Design your couple's ongoing honesty rhythm. Close with a forward commitment and a celebration of the depth you've reached.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach brings two decades of relationship work with long-term couples who refuse to settle for surface-level connection. This course was born from witnessing hundreds of partnerships atrophy not from lack of love but from lack of truth. The Exponential Coach's approach combines attachment science, Gottman research, and existential honesty traditions into a practical system that couples can use without a therapist in the room. If you've ever wondered whether your relationship could handle more truth, this course will show you how to find out safely.
Growth, in their own words 💖

"We've been married nineteen years. I thought we talked about everything. Turns out we talked around everything. The three sessions were terrifying and life-changing. We're closer now than we were at year two."

"I was scared my husband would leave if he knew how much resentment I'd been carrying. The safety structure let me say it without punishing him. He didn't leave. He apologized. We rebuilt from there."
Aisha, nonprofit director, London (composite student voice)
"This course taught us that honesty isn't the same as cruelty. We learned to say hard things kindly and to hear hard things without collapsing. Our intimacy tripled."

FAQ ☯️
What if my partner isn't taking the course with me?+
You take it solo and bring the structures into your relationship. Many learners complete the course first, then invite their partner into the honesty sessions using the protocols they've learned. The course gives you the initiating role.
Is this safe if we've had infidelity or deep betrayal?+
Not immediately. Radical honesty assumes baseline trust and repair capacity. If you're still in crisis or early repair, work with a therapist first. This course is for couples past the acute phase who want to deepen from stable ground.
What if one of the sessions goes badly?+
The course teaches you how to pause, repair, and re-enter. Every session includes a debrief protocol for the next day. You're not flying blind. That said, discomfort is part of depth work. Going badly and going deep sometimes feel identical in the moment.
How is this different from 'just talking more honestly'?+
Structure. Most couples who try radical honesty without a container either go too soft (still editing) or too hard (causing harm). This course gives you the exact protocols: when to speak, how to speak, how to listen, how to repair, how to close. It's honesty as discipline, not impulse.
Can we do this if we don't have big secrets or resentments?+
Yes. Radical honesty isn't only for crisis. It's also for couples who want to know each other at the deepest level, including desires, fears, and longings that don't fit into daily conversation. Some of the most powerful sessions happen between partners who think they already know everything.
