Awareness β Authenticity β Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You survived the crisis. Now comes the harder part: rebuilding what broke. π
After the Crisis: Rebuilding Trust and Momentum
After the Crisis is a 21-day executive leadership intensive built for the aftermath. You'll move from reactive damage control to strategic recovery, designing a credible arc that rebuilds trust with your people, restores confidence with customers, and reframes the narrative with stakeholders. Awareness of what actually broke. Authenticity in how you communicate it. Action that proves you mean it.
Six shifts. One new you. π±
Structured re-engagement sequence addressing morale, clarity, and psychological safety across all levels.
Communication cadence and proof points that rebuild confidence without over-promising or defensive posturing.
Board-ready story that owns the crisis, names the lessons, and articulates the path forward.
Your own post-crisis reset: what you'll do differently, what you'll stop, what you'll double down on.
Indicators and rituals that catch the next crisis earlier or prevent it entirely.
Week-by-week actions that convert recovery into forward motion your organization can feel.
- You're a C-level executive, founder, or senior leader responsible for the organization's path out of a recent crisis
- Your crisis is contained but trust is damaged - with employees, customers, the board, or all three
- You want a structured recovery plan, not another consultant telling you what went wrong
- You're ready to lead visibly through the rebuild, even when you don't have all the answers yet
- β You're still in the middle of active firefighting and need crisis management, not recovery design
- β You want someone else to fix this while you stay in the background
- β You're looking for PR spin rather than genuine organizational repair
A curriculum designed to move you π§
Diagnostic deep-dive across people, customers, and systems. You'll map the real damage beyond the obvious, identify trust debt by stakeholder group, and separate recoverable wounds from permanent scars. Includes skip-level listening protocol and customer sentiment audit.
Craft the story that owns the crisis without wallowing in it. You'll build your core message for employees, customers, and the board, prepare for hard questions, and practice delivering accountability without defensiveness. Includes message testing with real stakeholders.
Design and launch your recovery plan across all fronts. People re-engagement sequence, customer confidence restoration, board credibility rebuild, and your own leadership recalibration. Each day delivers one executable piece of the system.
Convert recovery into forward motion. Install early warning indicators, embed lessons into operating rhythms, celebrate visible progress, and build the 30-day plan that takes you from rebuilding to building. Final day: your post-crisis leadership commitment.

Coach
The Exponential Coach π€
The Exponential Coach brings two decades of executive leadership development to the hardest moments leaders face. With 1,500+ leaders coached through crises, turnarounds, and high-stakes transitions, the approach is built on one belief: the crisis doesn't define you - your recovery does.
This course distills real crisis recovery work from boardrooms, war rooms, and all-hands meetings where leaders had to stand up and rebuild trust when the script was gone. No theory. No platitudes. Just the architecture that works when everyone is watching and no one is sure you can pull it off.
Growth, in their own words π
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"Three weeks after a failed product launch that cost us customers and two key people, I had a recovery plan the board actually believed. We're six months out now and stronger than before the crisis."
Michael Chen, CEO, Berlin (composite student voice)
"I thought I needed crisis PR. What I actually needed was this - a way to lead my team out of the fog without pretending I had it all figured out. The people recovery plan alone was worth ten times the price."
Sarah Okonkwo, COO, London (composite student voice)
"The customer trust restoration sequence gave me the exact cadence and proof points to rebuild confidence with our largest accounts. We didn't lose a single one, and two have since expanded their contracts."
Andreas MΓΌller, Founder, Zurich (composite student voice)
FAQ β―οΈ
How recent does the crisis need to be for this course to be relevant?+
If you're anywhere from two weeks to six months past the acute phase and still dealing with trust damage or momentum loss, this applies. If you're still in active firefighting mode, wait until you have containment.
What if the crisis was partly my fault as a leader?+
Then you're exactly who this is for. The course assumes accountability, not innocence. Day 4 is specifically about owning your part without self-flagellation. The recovery narrative you'll build addresses responsibility directly.
Does this work for internal crises or only customer-facing ones?+
Both. The diagnostic separates people damage, customer damage, and stakeholder damage, then builds recovery plans for each. Some crises hit all three, some only one. The framework adapts to your situation.
Will I need to involve my team in the coursework?+
Some tasks involve real conversations with employees, customers, or board members, but you control the timing and framing. Nothing requires revealing you're taking a course. The skip-level listening and message testing are designed as normal leadership practice.
What's the time commitment beyond the daily lesson?+
Expect 30 to 60 minutes per day: 5 minutes for the morning lesson, 20 to 40 minutes for the day's task (conversations, planning, writing), 10 minutes for the evening reflection. Recovery design is executive work, not extra work.
