Delegate to Grow: The Founder's Letting-Go Program
Delegation isn't about dumping tasks. It's about building systems that work without you. This 14-day program takes you from awareness of what's actually keeping you in the weeds, through the authenticity of naming your real control fears, to action: handing over two recurring responsibilities with clarity, checkpoints, and zero take-backs.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You hand over two recurring tasks with full briefings, clear success metrics, and scheduled check-ins.
One framework you use every time you let go of something, preventing the redo loop.
How to stay informed without micromanaging, so nothing falls through the cracks or lands back on you.
You name the specific fear behind every task you're still doing yourself, and decide which ones are real.
A personal rule that stops you from reclaiming delegated work the moment it feels uncomfortable.
A forward commitment that keeps the delegated work delegated, with reflection prompts for the next month.
- You run a business that's past startup survival mode and you're the biggest constraint on growth
- You have people who could take on more, but you haven't built the systems to hand work over cleanly
- You've tried delegating before and it failed, so now you just do everything yourself
- You're ready to actually let go of two things this month, not just think about delegation in theory
- ✕ You're a solopreneur with no team and no plan to build one, this is for people with humans to delegate to
- ✕ You want a course on hiring or team leadership, this is specifically about the handover mechanics and your letting-go blocks
- ✕ You need someone to tell you what to delegate, you already know what's choking your calendar, you just haven't released it
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1-4. You map every recurring responsibility still on your plate, score each by replaceability and emotional grip, and surface the real reason you're still doing work someone else could own. You finish Module 1 with two tasks chosen for handover.
Days 5-8. You name the specific fear behind each task you're holding. Quality drop? Loss of client trust? Being less essential? You distinguish real risk from ego protection, and design the lightest possible safety net for each delegation target.
Days 9-12. You write the briefing for your first delegation using the clarity template, deliver it in a real conversation, and set the three checkpoints that keep you informed without hovering. By Day 12 you repeat the process for the second task.
Days 13-14. You install the personal rule that stops you from reclaiming work when it feels rocky, reflect on what changed in your calendar and your headspace, and build the 30-day commitment that makes the delegation stick after the course ends.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades helping founders scale businesses without becoming their own ceiling. After building and exiting multiple companies, the biggest lesson was always the same: growth happens when you let go, not when you hold on tighter. This program distills the exact delegation system used with over 300 business owners who went from working in the business to working on it. Every framework here has been tested in real handovers, with real teams, in businesses doing real revenue. No theory. Just the mechanics of letting go without losing control.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I handed over our entire invoicing process in Week 2. It's been three months and I haven't touched a single invoice. That alone bought me eight hours a week."
Petra Voss, e-commerce founder, Munich (composite student voice)
"The control-fear audit was brutal. I realized I was holding onto client onboarding not because no one else could do it, but because I was afraid of becoming irrelevant. Once I named it I could delegate it."
Marcos Delgado, consulting firm owner, Barcelona (composite student voice)
"The three-checkpoint system is genius. I stay in the loop without being in the way. My team actually likes the clarity and I'm not micromanaging anymore."
Yuki Tanaka, SaaS founder, Tokyo (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
What if I don't have anyone to delegate to yet?+
This course assumes you have at least one person on your team, contractor, or VA who could take on recurring work. If you're solo with no plans to bring anyone on, wait until you do. The program is about the handover mechanics, not hiring strategy.
What if I've tried delegating before and it failed?+
That's exactly who this is for. Most delegation failures happen because the briefing was too vague, the checkpoints were too tight or too loose, or you took the work back the first time it wobbled. This program fixes all three with a reusable system.
Do I need to tell my team I'm taking this course?+
No. The tasks happen inside your real workday and involve real handovers, but you design and initiate everything. Your team experiences it as you finally delegating clearly, not as you doing a course.
What if the two tasks I delegate still need me sometimes?+
The goal is recurring responsibility handover, not zero involvement forever. You'll still be consulted on edge cases or big decisions. The system teaches you the difference between strategic input and doing the work yourself.
Can I do this if I'm delegating to a VA or contractor, not an employee?+
Yes. The briefing template and checkpoint system work for any relationship where you're handing over recurring work. Employee, contractor, VA, co-founder, all the same mechanics.
