Empire and Life
Empire and Life is a 21-day strategic audit for founders who refuse to choose between success and sanity. You'll move through Awareness (the real cost), Authenticity (what you actually want), and Action (the one correction that changes the system). This isn't balance. It's architecture.
Six shifts. One new you. π±
You'll name the price in hours, energy, presence, and bodies keeping score.
Not a time-management hack. A decision about how the business runs when you're not in the room.
The correction only sticks if someone else knows you made it.
Business outcome, relational cost, somatic signal. Three questions before every yes.
Specific phrases for the conversation most builders avoid until it's too late.
The business has a destination. So do you. This course makes sure they're compatible.
- You've already built something that works and now you're asking what it's costing you to keep it working
- Your revenue is up but your marriage, your sleep, or your health is sending you quiet alerts
- You want the business to fund your life, not replace it, and you're willing to architect that on purpose
- You're past startup survival mode and ready to design the next decade with both ambition and integrity
- β You're still in year one or two and fighting for traction (come back when you have the luxury of this question)
- β You think the answer is hiring a VA or blocking your calendar better
- β You want permission to quit, not tools to stay in and redesign the game
A curriculum designed to move you π§
You'll audit the actual price. Not what you tell yourself it costs, what your body, your calendar, and your closest relationships say it costs. You'll finish Week 1 with a written account of the tax and the specific people or systems paying it.
What do you actually want the next ten years to look like? You'll design your exits-and-legacy map, define your non-negotiables across business, health, and relationships, and identify the one correction with the highest strategic leverage.
You'll execute the correction. This is not a reflection week. You'll have real conversations, make real changes to how decisions flow, and test whether the business can carry the new boundary.
You'll write your 30-day commitment, share it with one person who matters, and close the course with a decision-making framework you'll use every week for the rest of your career.

Coach
The Exponential Coach π€
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with founders at the strategy and scale stage, the moment when the business starts winning and life starts losing. His consulting career began in boardrooms solving organizational problems, but the real work always happened in the space between the spreadsheet and the person holding it: the leader who couldn't sleep, the marriage running on fumes, the body keeping score. He built Knowledge Vault because the clients who transformed fastest weren't the ones who hired him for a year. They were the ones who made one strategic correction and held it long enough to feel the system shift. Empire and Life distills that moment into 21 days.
Growth, in their own words π
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I thought I needed better boundaries. Turns out I needed a different operating system for how my leadership team makes decisions without me. Three weeks in, I'm sleeping past 6am and my revenue didn't drop."
Markus Wei, SaaS founder, Munich (composite student voice)
"The course gave me the exact words to say to my husband about why I've been unreachable. We're two weeks into the new structure and he asked me yesterday if I wanted to take a weekend trip. He hasn't asked that in two years."
Petra KovΓ‘cs, e-commerce CEO, Budapest (composite student voice)
"I used the Sovereign's Triad on a partnership decision I was about to say yes to. Business outcome: strong. Relational cost: I'd miss my daughter's entire soccer season. Somatic signal: my jaw was clenched reading the contract. I said no. First time I've used my body as data in a deal."
IvΓ‘n Sousa, investment group founder, Lisbon (composite student voice)
FAQ β―οΈ
I don't have 21 days to focus on this right now. Should I wait?+
The course is designed for people who don't have time. Each day is 15 minutes: 5 to read, 10 to act. If you don't have 15 minutes, that's the audit's first finding.
Will this tell me to scale back my business or work less?+
No. It will show you how to redesign the load-bearing structures so the business grows without you paying compound interest in your body and your relationships. Less presence, same outcome, better architecture.
What if my business genuinely requires me to be this involved right now?+
Then you'll finish the course knowing exactly what that involvement costs and when the clock runs out. Most builders discover they're carrying weight the business doesn't actually need them to carry. The ones who are genuinely indispensable learn how long they can sustain it and what has to change by when.
Is this just for people with teams, or does it work for solo founders too?+
It works for anyone whose business has momentum. Solo founders often pay the highest tax because there's no buffer. The correction looks different (you're not delegating to a team, you're redesigning your client model or service delivery), but the audit is the same.
What happens after the 21 days?+
You'll have lifetime access to the material, but more importantly, you'll have a decision-making framework and a 30-day contract you made with yourself and one other person. The course doesn't end on Day 21. The correction either sticks or it doesn't. That's the next 30 days.
