From Drift to Direction
A 14-Day Course Correction
Your coach
Powered by the Exponential Coach Methodology 🧭
Awareness → Authenticity → Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
You've been saying yes to everything except the life you actually want 🧭
From Drift to Direction
From Drift to Direction is a 14-day course correction for the professional who woke up in someone else's life. You'll audit where autopilot took over, reclaim three drifted areas through deliberate choice, and rebuild direction from the ground up. Awareness of the drift, Authenticity about what you actually want, Action to steer back.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
Know exactly where you're living on default settings instead of deliberate choice
Concrete changes in the domains that drifted furthest from your actual priorities
One clear sentence that replaces the fog with a compass you can navigate by
A daily check-in that catches drift before it becomes your next five years
Learn to say no to good things so you can say yes to right things
Your next quarter planned from intention, not inertia, with weekly calibration built in
- You're competent and busy, but when you're honest, you're not sure all this busyness is pointed anywhere that matters
- You've achieved things but they don't feel like your things—more like you inherited someone else's todo list
- You're ready to stop optimizing a life you didn't consciously choose and start building one you did
- You want practical tools, not theory—something you can apply to real decisions this week
- ✕ You love your current direction and just need execution help (try our focus courses instead)
- ✕ You're looking for permission to blow everything up—this is about course correction, not demolition
- ✕ You want someone to tell you what your priorities should be (we'll help you find yours, not hand you ours)
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Map the gap between your stated priorities and your actual time, energy, and attention. Identify the three areas that drifted furthest while you were busy being responsible.
Strip away inherited shoulds, peer expectations, and past-self commitments. Define what you genuinely want in the three drifted domains, even if it's inconvenient.
Make the concrete changes—conversations, boundaries, restructures—that close the drift gap. You'll take real action on all three areas during the course, not after it.
Install the daily and weekly rhythms that keep you on course: the autopilot interrupt, the priority filter, the quarterly direction review. Leave with a system, not just a moment of clarity.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent twenty years watching capable people wake up in lives they didn't design. The pattern is always the same: a thousand small yeses to reasonable things, then one day you look up and nothing feels like yours anymore. This course distills two decades of direction-recovery work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who had the courage to ask 'wait, is this actually my life?' It's built for people who are done drifting.
No fluff, no filler, no generic life-coaching platitudes. Just the precise tools you need to audit the drift, own the truth, and steer back. Every exercise has been tested with real clients making real changes—often while sitting in the same job, the same city, the same relationships, just finally pointed in a direction they chose.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I was VP of something I didn't care about, living in a city for someone else's career, and calling it success. By day 9 I'd had the hardest conversation of my life and by day 14 I had a plan. Six months later I'm in a different role, different city, same company—and it's mine this time."
Michael Chen, Vienna (composite student voice)
"The drift audit was brutal. I'd spent three years saying yes to every networking event, every committee, every favor, and I couldn't remember the last time I chose something because I wanted it. The course didn't just show me the drift—it gave me the exact scripts to start saying no. I got twelve hours a week back."
Daniela Hofmann, Zurich (composite student voice)
"I thought I needed a career change. Turns out I needed a direction change. Same job, completely different priorities, and I can finally explain what I'm building toward. My team noticed the difference before I told them I was doing a course."
Lars Pedersen, Copenhagen (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
I'm busy and I got here by saying yes to everything. How is this different?+
You'll say no to more things during this course than in the past year. We're not adding to your plate, we're helping you dump half of it. The daily time commitment is under 20 minutes, but the life reclaimed is measured in hours per week.
What if I discover I need to make a big change I can't make right now?+
Most people discover the change isn't as big as they feared, or that they can make it in stages. You're not committing to blow up your life, you're committing to steer it. Some students make dramatic moves, most make three deliberate adjustments that compound into a different trajectory.
I've tried goal-setting and it didn't stick. Is this just more of that?+
Goal-setting assumes you know where you're going. This course is for when you don't, or when you're going somewhere you never decided to go. We start with the drift audit—reality first, direction second, goals last. And the goals you set will be yours, not imported from someone else's highlight reel.
Can I do this if my life is actually pretty good?+
If your life is good and genuinely yours, you don't need this. If your life is good by external standards but feels like you're living someone else's script, you're exactly who this is for. Drift doesn't mean disaster, it means misalignment. Good circumstances, wrong direction.
What happens after the 14 days?+
You'll have reclaimed three areas, installed a drift-detection system, and written a direction statement you can navigate by. Many students repeat the course six months later as a scheduled recalibration. The real outcome isn't the course, it's the year after when you're still on the path you chose.
