    👉
I run ads and post content but I can't tell you what one customer actually costs me
    👉
I feel guilty every time I look at the marketing budget because I don't know if we're burning cash or building value
    👉
My team asks for more budget and I just guess because I have no real numbers to stand on

    Know Your Numbers

This 14-day course turns your marketing from a cost center into a measurable system. You'll move from awareness of what metrics exist, to authentic understanding of your own real numbers, to daily action reviewing the data that drives growth. By the final day, you'll have your cost-per-lead and customer-acquisition cost calculated from actual business data and a weekly review rhythm locked in.

    What you'll walk away with

Six shifts. One new you. 🌱

    Your real cost-per-lead

Calculated from your actual channels, not industry averages or guesses from a blog post.

    Customer acquisition cost you trust

Broken down by source so you know where to double down and where to cut.

    A weekly metrics review ritual

15 minutes every Friday that keeps you honest and your team aligned on what's working.

    Marketing budget decisions with evidence

No more gut calls. You'll know which spend is an investment and which is waste.

Confidence in conversations with your team

When they ask for more budget, you'll have the numbers to say yes or redirect intelligently.

A dashboard you actually look at

Simple, relevant, updated without heroic effort. The metrics that matter, nothing more.

    This is for you if…
    • You run a business with revenue and you spend money on marketing, even if it's just your own time and a small ads budget
    • You have some data somewhere but you've never actually calculated what one lead or one customer costs you
    • You want to stop guessing and start making marketing decisions like you make other business decisions with real numbers
    • You're willing to spend 14 days digging into your actual numbers, not just reading about metrics in theory
This is not for you if…
    • ✕ You're still pre-revenue or pre-launch and don't have real customer data to work with yet, this course needs live numbers
    • ✕ You want someone else to build your dashboard for you, this is a doing course not a done-for-you service
    • ✕ You think marketing is unmeasurable art and you're proud of that, we're going to disagree fundamentally

A curriculum designed to move you 🧭

    01
Awareness: What actually costs you money

Days 1 to 4. You'll map every marketing channel you use, identify where money and time go, and understand the difference between vanity metrics and the four numbers that predict growth. By day 4 you'll have a complete channel inventory and know which data sources you need to track.

    02
Authenticity: Your real numbers, no hiding

Days 5 to 8. You'll calculate your cost-per-lead from actual spend and actual lead volume, then break it down by source. You'll face the channels that aren't working and name them honestly. By day 8 you'll have your CPL for every active channel written down and compared.

    03
Action: Customer acquisition cost and weekly rhythm

Days 9 to 12. You'll calculate CAC including all the costs most people ignore, build your first simple dashboard, and run your first weekly metrics review. These days turn numbers into decisions. By day 12 you'll have reviewed real data with your team or accountability partner.

    04
Integration: The system that keeps you honest

Days 13 to 14. You'll lock in your weekly review process, set your first 30-day metric targets, and build the habit that makes this permanent. The final task is your first solo weekly review using the system you've built across the course.

    The Exponential Coach 🤝

The Exponential Coach has spent 20 years building systems that turn business chaos into repeatable growth. They've worked with over 1,500 leaders across industries where marketing budgets ranged from zero to seven figures, and the pattern is always the same: the businesses that win are the ones that measure what matters and review it relentlessly.

This course distills two decades of marketing operations work into 14 days of practical number-crunching. No theory you can't use today. No metrics you'll never look at again. Just the system that separates growing businesses from guessing businesses.

    Voices from the journey

Growth, in their own words 💖

Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.

"I was spending 3K a month on ads and had no idea if it was working. Day 6 I calculated my actual cost-per-lead and realized one channel was 4x more expensive than the other. Cut the expensive one, doubled down on the winner. ROI paid for the course in week one."

Petra Andersen, SaaS founder, Copenhagen (composite student voice)

"I've been in business for 8 years and I finally know what a customer costs me. The weekly review ritual from day 11 is now non-negotiable in my calendar. My team actually respects the marketing budget now because I can explain every line."

James Okoro, consulting firm owner, Lagos (composite student voice)

"I thought I needed a data analyst. Turns out I just needed to stop hiding from my own spreadsheet. This course held my hand through the math I was avoiding and now I review my numbers every Friday like a grown-up. Feels incredibly good."

Sophie Reuter, e-commerce brand, Vienna (composite student voice)

    Questions, answered

    FAQ ☯️

I'm terrible at spreadsheets. Will I be able to do this?+

Yes. The course assumes basic addition and division, nothing more. Every calculation is walked through step by step with real examples. If you can use a calculator, you can do this course. Most of the work is deciding what to measure, not complex formulas.

What if my business is too small to have fancy tracking tools?+

Perfect. This course works with whatever data you have, even if it's a notes app and your bank statement. You'll learn to calculate CPL and CAC from manual tracking if that's all you've got. The principles scale, the tools don't matter.

Do I need a marketing team to make this useful?+

No. Solo founders get massive value because you're the one making all the spend decisions anyway. If you do have a team, the weekly review process in days 9 to 12 is built for collaboration, but you can run it alone.

How much time per day does this actually take?+

Reading the lesson: 3 to 5 minutes. The daily task varies. Early days are quick audits, 15 to 30 minutes. Mid-course calculation days might take an hour if your data is messy. Final days are 20-minute reviews. Spread it across your workday, it's not a block-your-calendar commitment.

What if I realize my numbers are terrible?+

Then you'll know, and you can fix it. That's the point. Most business owners are flying blind and hoping. Terrible numbers you can see are infinitely better than decent numbers you're guessing at. This course makes the invisible visible. What you do with that is your next move, but you'll make it with data.
