Rekindle
Desire doesn't die from routine—it suffocates under unexamined blockers you both carry into bed every night. This 14-day course gives you the Awareness to name what's actually killing your spark, the Authenticity to talk about it without shame, and the Action plan to dismantle two real blockers before the fortnight ends. You'll work with your partner, not around them.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll audit stress, resentment, body image, exhaustion, routine, and unspoken expectations—then rank what's actually stealing your spark.
You'll remove one each through structured conversations and concrete environment changes, not vague promises to 'try harder.'
Daily affection without pressure, rebuilding the physical bridge before you try to cross it sexually.
A ten-minute weekly practice that keeps blockers from rebuilding—installed and tested twice during the course.
You'll map what actually turns each of you on now, not what worked five years ago or what Instagram says should.
Not a temporary fix—a maintenance plan that grows with your relationship's seasons.
- You're in a committed relationship where love is solid but desire has gone quiet or predictable
- You're willing to involve your partner directly in daily tasks—this is couple work, not solo reflection
- You want concrete changes in your physical intimacy within two weeks, not theory about 'keeping the spark alive'
- You're ready to confront uncomfortable truths about what's blocking connection, even if one of those truths is you
- ✕ You're hoping your partner will change without having to examine your own contributions to the desire drought
- ✕ You want a course about sex techniques—this is about removing what stops you from wanting sex in the first place
- ✕ You're single or casually dating—Couple Catalyst courses assume a committed partner doing the work with you
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
You'll map the difference between your early-relationship desire and now, identify your personal and shared blockers, and complete a joint state-of-intimacy conversation that names what you've both been avoiding.
You'll exchange truths about what you each need to feel wanted, what kills your arousal, and what stories you're telling yourself about why desire faded. Includes the Body Truth Conversation and the Resentment Clearing Protocol.
You'll choose one blocker each, design removal plans together, execute them in real time, and install the non-demand affection ritual that rebuilds your physical baseline.
You'll run the weekly Desire Check-In twice, review what shifted, troubleshoot what didn't, and build your couple-specific maintenance rhythm so this work doesn't evaporate the day the course ends.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach spent two decades walking couples back from the edge of sexless partnerships, silent dinners, and the slow fade into polite strangers. She watched brilliant, loving people lose desire not because the love died, but because nobody taught them how to protect intimacy from the grinding machinery of bills, kids, careers, and exhaustion. She built Rekindle after realizing most relationship advice either romanticizes desire ('just be spontaneous!') or pathologizes its absence ('you must have deeper issues'). The truth is simpler and fixable: desire has conditions, and busy life violates all of them. This course reinstalls those conditions, one day at a time. Her own marriage survived two multi-year desire deserts—she knows the way back because she's walked it, then mapped it for the couples who came after.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"We went from once a month to twice a week, but the real change was that I stopped dreading the conversation about why we weren't having sex. We finally knew what was actually wrong."
Daniela R., project manager, Vienna (composite student voice)
"Day 6 nearly ended us—the Body Truth Conversation surfaced stuff I'd been hiding for three years. But we got through it, and for the first time in our marriage I felt like he actually saw me, not the version of me he hoped I'd be."
Priya S., finance director, London (composite student voice)
"I thought the problem was that we were too busy. Turns out the problem was resentment over who did bedtime, unspoken fear about my weight, and a bedroom that felt like an office. We fixed two of those in ten days and suddenly we had space for desire again."
Lars M., small business owner, Copenhagen (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
What if my partner isn't as motivated to do this course as I am?+
You initiate every task. The course assumes one person is driving and gives you language to invite your partner into each exercise without demanding they match your enthusiasm. Most partners engage once they see the first few days aren't about blame.
Will this course fix our sex life if we have deeper issues like past trauma or medical conditions?+
No. This course addresses situational desire loss in otherwise healthy relationships—stress, routine, unspoken resentment, body image, exhaustion. If trauma or medical factors are involved, you need professional support first. Rekindle is maintenance and restoration, not clinical intervention.
How much time does this take each day?+
Morning read: 3-5 minutes. Daytime task: 10-30 minutes depending on the day, always something you can do in your real evening together. Evening recap: 2 minutes. Total daily commitment is under 45 minutes, but the work happens inside your actual relationship, not in a separate 'course time.'
What if we try a task and it goes badly—can we skip days?+
Every task includes a softer alternative if the main version feels too big. You can't skip days and stay on the drip schedule, but you can adapt intensity. The evening recap always asks what happened—'it went badly' is valuable data, and Day 13 troubleshoots exactly that.
Is this course appropriate if we're in a non-monogamous relationship?+
Yes, if the question is 'why has desire faded between us specifically?' The blocker audit and removal work applies to any committed partnership. If the issue is managing desire across multiple partners, that's outside this course's scope.
