Rewrite Your Story
The Narrative You Tell About Yourself
Powered by the Exponential Coach Methodology π§
Awareness β Authenticity β Action. Every course is built on the same proven loop that has guided 1,500+ leaders from stuck to unstoppable.
The story you tell about yourself is running your life, and it might not even be yours. π
Rewrite Your Story
This 14-day course rewrites the narrative you've been carrying. Through the Awareness β Authenticity β Action formula, you'll identify the old story, draft a truer one, and speak it out loud to someone real. By day 14, you'll own a self-narrative that opens doors instead of closing them.
Six shifts. One new you. π±
Name the narrative you've been repeating and trace where it actually came from.
Collect proof of who you are now that your old story leaves out.
Write a self-story that's true, compelling, and opens possibilities instead of closing them.
Practice the new narrative with strangers and colleagues before the final telling.
Speak your new story out loud to one real person and survive the vulnerability.
Build a practice that keeps the new narrative alive when the old one tries to return.
- You've outgrown your own biography and you can feel the gap when you introduce yourself
- You're ready to stop hiding behind the underdog story even though it's been protective
- You want a self-narrative that's honest about the past without being imprisoned by it
- You're willing to say your new story out loud to a real human being, not just journal it
- β You think positive affirmations alone will change how you see yourself (they won't)
- β You're looking for permission to invent a fantasy version of your life (this is about truth, not fiction)
- β You want someone else to write your story for you (the work is yours, the support is ours)
A curriculum designed to move you π§
Days 1-4. Identify the narrative you've been running, where it came from, what it costs you, and the evidence you've been ignoring that contradicts it.
Days 5-9. Write a self-story that's true to who you are now, integrates the past without being defined by it, and opens future possibilities.
Days 10-13. Test the new narrative in low-stakes conversations, refine it based on how it feels when spoken, and prepare for the final telling.
Day 14. Tell your new story to one person who matters, complete the identity shift, and install the system that keeps it alive.

Coach
The Exponential Coach π€
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with leaders who've outgrown their own stories. Trained in narrative identity theory and real-world transformation, they've guided over 1,500 professionals through the uncomfortable work of rewriting the script they've been reading from for years. This course distills the narrative-shift protocol used in high-level coaching into a 14-day self-guided system.
What makes this approach different: it's not about inventing a better story, it's about telling a truer one. The old narrative usually isn't wrong, it's just incomplete. This course teaches you to write the next chapter while honoring what came before.
Growth, in their own words π
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I'd been introducing myself as 'just a project manager who accidentally ended up in tech' for eight years. Day 9 I wrote a new version. Day 14 I told my CEO and got asked to lead a transformation initiative the next week. The story change changed what people saw in me."
Sarah K., Berlin (composite student voice)
"The hardest part was admitting my underdog story had become a shield. I wore struggle like a badge. This course helped me write a narrative that included the struggle without making it my entire identity. First time I've introduced myself in five years without mentioning what I overcame."
Marcus T., London (composite student voice)
"I thought rewriting my story meant lying about my past. It doesn't. It means choosing which parts define me and which parts I've grown beyond. The protocol for testing the new narrative before the final telling was what gave me the courage to actually do it."
Priya S., Singapore (composite student voice)
FAQ β―οΈ
What if my old story is objectively true?+
It probably is. This course doesn't ask you to deny your past. It teaches you to tell a story that includes what happened without being imprisoned by it. The question isn't 'Is it true?' but 'Is it the whole truth, and is it serving the person you're becoming?'
Do I need to share trauma or deeply personal details?+
No. You control what goes into the narrative and what stays private. Many powerful rewrites involve professional identity, capability, or direction, not personal history. The course gives you frameworks, you choose the content.
What if I tell the new story and people reject it?+
That's why we test it in low-stakes conversations first. You'll refine it based on how it lands and how it feels when spoken. By day 14, you're not improvising, you're delivering a narrative you've already practiced. And the person you tell it to is someone you choose deliberately.
Can I really rewrite a story I've been telling for 20 years in 14 days?+
You won't undo 20 years. You'll write the next chapter. The old story stays in the book, it just stops being the only thing you say when someone asks who you are. The 14 days give you the structure, the practice, and the final push to speak it out loud. The rest is repetition.
What if my new narrative feels arrogant or fake when I say it?+
That's normal and it's covered in days 10-12. The discomfort comes from identity lag, your nervous system catching up to your new words. We teach you to sit with the discomfort, refine the phrasing until it feels true, and deliver it anyway. Authenticity isn't comfort, it's accuracy.
