You're chasing goals that belonged to a version of you that no longer exists 🧭
Season Thinking
Season Thinking gives you permission to stop forcing goals that don't fit your life right now. Over 14 days, you'll name the season you're actually in—not the one you think you should be in—and redesign your goals to match it. Awareness of your real chapter. Authenticity in what you choose next. Action that feels like momentum, not obligation.
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll name your current life chapter honestly—no pretending, no should-be-here guilt.
You'll identify which goals are hangovers from past seasons and cut them cleanly.
You'll rebuild three goals that actually fit this chapter's capacity and energy.
You'll install the mental tools to say no to mismatched ambition without shame.
You'll redirect effort from obligation-goals to pull-goals that match your season.
You'll build a quarterly season-check practice so you never drift this far again.
- You've achieved things you once wanted badly, but they don't feel like wins anymore
- You're tired of defending your choices to people who think you should want what they want
- You're willing to admit out loud that your current goals might be wrong for right now
- You want ambitious—but you want your version of ambitious, not the internet's
- ✕ You believe there's only one speed: faster, bigger, more, always
- ✕ You're in a season that demands survival mode and need tactical crisis tools, not reflection (come back in three months)
- ✕ You think admitting you're in a quiet season means you've lost your edge
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
Days 1-4. You'll map the hidden signals of your current season: energy, capacity, competing demands, and life stage. You'll stop pretending you're in build-mode when you're actually in consolidate-mode (or vice versa). One structured audit reveals the season you've been refusing to name.
Days 5-8. You'll identify inherited goals, past-self goals, and borrowed ambitions that are draining you. You'll write their eulogies—yes, actually—and release them with clarity instead of guilt. This is the hardest module. It's also the most freeing.
Days 9-12. You'll rebuild three core goals using the Season-Fit Filter: does it match your current capacity, does it serve this chapter's purpose, does it feel like pull or push? You'll draft new targets and test them against real-week constraints. No fantasy planning.
Days 13-14. You'll install a seasonal review practice so you catch misalignment early. You'll future-proof your goal-setting with a repeatable framework and close the course with a documented commitment to your current season's priorities. You'll know what right-sized ambition looks like.

Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"I was three years into goals I set when I was single and childless. This course gave me permission to rewrite them for the parent I am now—and my business didn't collapse. It got better."
Markus Wei, product lead, Zurich (composite student voice)
"I thought slowing down meant giving up. Season Thinking showed me the difference between a plateau and a foundation year. I'm building differently now, and it's working."
Irina Kovac, founder, Vienna (composite student voice)
"The goal graveyard module hit me hard. I'd been carrying five goals I inherited from my father's definition of success. Writing their eulogies was emotional—and necessary. I'm lighter now."

FAQ ☯️
What if I'm in a season I hate? Do I just accept it?+
No. Season Thinking distinguishes between seasons you're in temporarily (new parent, company crisis, health recovery) and seasons you've drifted into through autopilot. You'll name it honestly, then decide: do I need to adapt my goals to survive this, or do I need to change the season itself? The course gives you the clarity to know which.
Will this make me less ambitious?+
It will make you ambitious about the right things. You'll stop spending energy on goals that don't fit and redirect that energy to goals that do. Most participants report feeling more driven after the course—but toward targets that actually matter to them.
I've already set my annual goals. Is it too late?+
Not even close. Most people take this course mid-year when they realize their January goals are already wrong. You'll learn how to re-scope without starting from scratch. Some goals stay; some get adjusted; some get released. You'll finish with a plan that fits your actual life.
How do I know what season I'm in?+
That's Day 1 through Day 4. You'll use a structured diagnostic covering energy, capacity, life stage, competing priorities, and purpose alignment. By Day 4, you'll have language for the season you're in—and you'll stop arguing with reality.
What if my season changes during the course?+
Then you'll have the tools to catch it early. The final module installs a quarterly season-check practice. Life seasons shift—sometimes fast. This course gives you a repeatable system to realign before you drift too far.
