    The honest truth

You're building something nobody asked for, and you won't know until you've spent six months and your savings πŸš€

    πŸ‘‰
I have an idea I'm excited about, but I'm terrified to talk to strangers about it because what if they don't care
    πŸ‘‰
I keep refining my pitch deck and business plan instead of actually finding out if anyone has the problem I think they have
    πŸ‘‰
I've asked friends and family what they think, and they all said it sounds great, but that doesn't feel like real validation

Talk to Humans: Customer Conversations Before You Build

This 7-day course teaches you to have the three conversations that matter before you write a single line of code or spend a euro on your idea. You'll move from Awareness of what real customer discovery looks like, to Authenticity in how you show up in those conversations, to Action by completing three real problem-discovery calls with potential customers by day seven.

Six shifts. One new you. 🌱

A conversation script you can use tomorrow

Not a pitch. A genuine curiosity framework that gets strangers talking about their actual problems.

    Three completed problem-discovery conversations

With real humans who match your target customer profile, recorded insights, patterns identified.

    The confidence to cold-reach anyone

You'll send your first outreach message on day two and book your first call by day three.

A decision: build, pivot, or kill

By day seven you'll know if your idea solves a problem people actually pay to solve.

    A reusable research habit

The same conversation structure works for every future idea, feature, or market you explore.

    Evidence, not assumptions

You'll replace your mental model of the customer with direct quotes from three real conversations.

    This is for you if…
    • You have an idea but haven't yet talked to ten potential customers about the problem it solves
    • You're a first-time founder or aspiring entrepreneur who learns by doing, not by reading more startup books
    • You can commit seven days to doing one short task per day, including reaching out to strangers
    • You want to know if your idea is worth pursuing before you invest serious time or money
This is not for you if…
    • βœ• You've already done 20+ customer discovery interviews and have paying customers (you're past this stage)
    • βœ• You need someone to validate your idea for you instead of teaching you how to validate it yourself
    • βœ• You're not willing to message or call at least three strangers during the course week

    01
Awareness: What Customer Discovery Actually Is

Days 1-2. You'll learn the difference between pitching and discovering, write your first outreach message, and understand why your friends' opinions don't count. You'll send your first cold message to a potential customer by end of day two.

    02
Authenticity: How to Show Up in the Conversation

Days 3-4. You'll learn the question framework that gets people talking, practice staying curious instead of defensive, and complete your first real problem-discovery conversation. You'll record insights, not try to convince anyone.

    03
    Action: Conversations Two and Three

Days 5-6. You'll refine your approach based on what you learned, complete your second and third conversations, and start identifying patterns across what you're hearing. Real problems emerge here.

    04
    Integration: Build, Pivot, or Kill

Day 7. You'll synthesize your three conversations, make your first evidence-based decision about your idea, and design your next ten conversations if you're moving forward. You'll know what to do Monday morning.

    The Exponential Coach 🀝

The Exponential Coach has spent 20 years helping leaders and entrepreneurs move from idea to impact across seven life domains. This course distills two decades of watching founders waste months building the wrong thing into a single week of doing the right conversations. The method inside has been tested with over 1,500 leaders who learned that customer discovery isn't a phaseβ€”it's a habit that compounds forever.

Every framework in this course has been used by real founders to validate real ideas in real markets. Some of those ideas became businesses. Some got killed on day four. Both outcomes saved months of wasted effort. That's the point.

    Voices from the journey

Growth, in their own words πŸ’–

Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.

"I was six weeks into building my app when I took this course. The three conversations I did made me realize I was solving the wrong problem. I pivoted, talked to ten more people using the same framework, and launched three months later with pre-orders. The course saved me from building something nobody wanted."

Markus Chen, SaaS founder, Berlin (composite student voice)

"I've been 'researching my market' for eight months, which really meant reading reports and surveys. This course made me actually talk to humans. My first conversation happened 48 hours after starting the course. By day seven I had three calls done and finally understood what my customers actually struggle with daily."

Sofia MartΓnez, health tech founder, Barcelona (composite student voice)

"I thought customer discovery meant asking people if they'd buy my product. This course taught me to ask about their problems instead, and the difference is everything. One person I interviewed became my first paying customer two months later because I actually understood what she needed."

James O'Sullivan, consulting business owner, Dublin (composite student voice)

    FAQ ☯️

I don't have a network. How do I find three people to talk to?+

Day two teaches you how to cold-reach strangers on LinkedIn, in communities, or via email. You don't need a network. You need a clear target customer profile and a non-salesy outreach message. The course gives you both, plus exact templates.

What if people say no or ignore my messages?+

Most will. You'll send more messages than you get responses. The course assumes this and teaches you to send enough outreach that three yeses are statistically likely within the week. Rejection is part of the method, not a failure.

Do I need to have my product built already?+

No. In fact, it's better if you don't. This course is for the idea stage, before you build anything. You're researching the problem, not demoing a solution. If you've already built something, you can still use this to validate your next feature or market.

What if my idea changes after these conversations?+

That's the goal. The point is to learn whether your idea solves a real problem before you invest months building it. Pivoting after three conversations costs you one week. Pivoting after six months of building costs you six months. The course teaches you to pivot fast or kill fast.

Can I do this if I'm still working full-time?+

Yes. Each day's task takes 30 to 90 minutes, and you control when you schedule your three calls during the week. Most people do their outreach in the evening and their calls during lunch breaks or weekends. The course works around your schedule.

    About this course

Most first-time founders build something nobody wants because they never actually talked to a customer. In seven days you will find real people with the problem you think you are solving, reach out to them, and run three honest problem-discovery conversations that show you whether your idea holds. You finish with evidence instead of hope, and a clear read on what to build next.
