You share a home, share a bed, share a life—but somewhere along the way, you stopped sharing yourselves 💖
The Distance Closer
Drift isn't failure. It's what happens when life gets loud and love gets quiet. This 21-day mastery course takes you from numb coexistence to deliberate reconnection. You'll move through Awareness (naming exactly how you drifted), Authenticity (owning what each of you stopped offering), and Action (the daily practices that close the distance for good).
Six shifts. One new you. 🌱
You'll name your specific drift pattern and the three moments it became permanent
A joint three-week arc with daily practices you both commit to
The courage to say what you stopped saying and hear what you stopped hearing
Four new habits that keep emotional and physical closeness alive long-term
How to use distance as information instead of letting it become permanent
Your couple's quarterly check-in protocol so drift never goes unnoticed again
- You've been together long enough that you can finish each other's sentences but rarely start real conversations anymore
- You still love each other but you're not sure you still like spending time together
- You're willing to look at your own part in the drift, not just your partner's
- You want the relationship you once had, but deeper—not just a return to the honeymoon
- ✕ You're looking for a quick fix or a single conversation that solves everything
- ✕ One of you wants out and this is a Hail Mary (get a therapist, not a course)
- ✕ You're not willing to do daily practices together for three weeks straight
A curriculum designed to move you 🧭
You'll map when and how you drifted—the slow erosion of bids, the conversations that stopped happening, the resentments that grew quiet. Both partners complete structured solo reflections, then compare maps in a guided session. Output: your couple's drift diagnosis, written together.
You'll practice saying what you stopped saying: needs you buried, fears you hid, desires you let go silent. Structured daily prompts move from safer territory to deeper water. You'll learn to receive your partner's truth without defense. Output: restored emotional honesty as a daily rhythm.
You'll install the four intimacy practices that reverse drift: daily micro-connections, weekly deeper dives, monthly adventure, and quarterly renewal. Each practice is tested live during the course. Output: a sustainable reconnection system that outlasts the program.
You'll build your couple's early-warning system so drift never again goes unnoticed for months. Includes the quarterly relationship board meeting structure and a shared commitment document. Output: lifelong vigilance without paranoia.

Coach
The Exponential Coach 🤝
The Exponential Coach has spent two decades working with couples who stayed together through the hard middle—the years when passion fades, logistics dominate, and distance creeps in unnoticed. He's guided over 1,500 partnerships through drift, repair, and renewal, and he knows the difference between couples who reconnect and couples who just decide to tolerate the gap.
His approach is equal parts tender and unflinching. He'll ask you to name what you stopped offering, not just what you stopped receiving. He believes drift is diagnostic, not terminal—and that the couples who close the distance end up stronger than the ones who never drifted at all.
Growth, in their own words 💖
Composite student voices representing typical outcomes.
"We hadn't had a real conversation in eight months. This course gave us the structure to find each other again without it feeling forced or fake. We're not fixed, but we're facing the same direction now."
Marta K., Vienna (composite student voice)
"I thought we'd need therapy. Turns out we needed homework. The daily practices were uncomfortable at first, but by week two we were laughing together again. That hadn't happened in over a year."
James T., Toronto (composite student voice)
"The drift diagnosis session was brutal and necessary. Seeing our pattern written out together—when we stopped touching, when we stopped asking real questions—made it impossible to ignore. We're three months past the course and still doing the weekly deeper dive."
Priya S., Bangalore (composite student voice)
FAQ ☯️
What if my partner isn't willing to do the course with me?+
This course requires both partners' participation. If your partner won't commit to three weeks of daily work, that's information—and you might need a different kind of help first. Start with an honest conversation about whether you're both willing to try.
Do we do the lessons together or separately?+
Most days you'll read separately in the morning, complete solo reflection tasks during the day, then come together in the evening for a joint practice or conversation. The course tells you clearly which parts are solo and which are shared.
What if we're drifted because of a specific betrayal or hurt, not just slow erosion?+
Drift after betrayal needs repair work first (see course #56: After the Storm). This course assumes the drift is lifestyle-driven, not trauma-driven. If there's unhealed hurt underneath, address that before trying to reconnect.
How much time does this actually take each day?+
Fifteen minutes of reading and reflection, plus 20 to 40 minutes of evening practice together. Some days are lighter (a single question over dinner), some days are deeper (a full vulnerability exchange). Block the time or don't start.
What if we complete the course and drift again later?+
Drift is normal in long relationships. The course gives you the tools to catch it early and close it fast. The final week includes a quarterly renewal protocol designed to prevent long silent stretches. Use it.
