1. Scope and General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all legal relationships between Exponential Ventures EOOD, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”, and the customer (“Customer” or “User”) arising from or related to the use of the website https://knowledgevault.vip, including the purchase and use of digital products, courses, and educational materials offered on the website.

1.2 The Provider operates under Bulgarian law and in accordance with applicable European Union legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1.3 Any conflicting, deviating, or additional terms and conditions of the Customer shall not become part of the agreement unless expressly accepted in writing by the Provider.

3. Subject of the Contract

3.1 The Provider offers digital content and services in the field of leadership, personal development, and coaching through the website KnowledgeVault.vip.

3.2 Digital products may include, but are not limited to, downloadable files, e-books, audio/video materials, online courses, and access to membership-based content.

3.3 The content is delivered electronically. No physical shipment occurs.

4. Conclusion of Contract

4.1 The presentation of digital products on the website constitutes a non-binding invitation to order.

4.2 By completing the order process and clicking the “Buy Now” or equivalent button, the Customer submits a legally binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).

4.3 The Provider accepts the offer by confirming the order via email or by providing immediate access to the purchased digital content. The contract becomes effective upon such acceptance.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes in accordance with EU VAT regulations.

5.2 Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer to Revolut Bank UAB upon request.

5.3 The Customer is responsible for any fees or exchange rate differences charged by payment providers.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

6.1 Delivery occurs by providing access to download links or online materials after successful payment confirmation.

6.2 The Customer acknowledges that digital content is considered “delivered” once access has been made available, regardless of whether it has been downloaded or opened.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Under EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of conclusion of the contract.

7.2 However, this right expires once the Customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin the performance of the contract (e.g., download or access) before the end of the withdrawal period, and the Customer has acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right upon such commencement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All digital products, materials, and content provided by the Provider are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content beyond personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8.3 Customers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased digital materials for personal purposes only.

9. User Accounts

9.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities occurring under their account.

9.3 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
