Identity by Design: Become the Person Who Does That

๐Ÿงญ You Are the Sum of Your Votes

Every choice you make is a vote. Skip the gym, and you vote for the person who skips. Write one paragraph, and you vote for the writer.

Most people wait to feel like a different person before they act. That order is backwards. You act first, and the identity follows.

That is what this course is about. Small votes. Cast daily. Adding up to someone you would not recognize a year ago.

โœจ Make 2026 Your Breakthrough Year

We track a simple number in this program: you need roughly 50 to 60 repetitions before a behavior starts feeling like "just who I am." Not 30 days of white-knuckle willpower. Repetitions.

So we stop counting days and start counting votes. A person who runs is not someone who ran a marathon once. It is someone who laced up 200 times, most of them on days they did not want to.

You will map the specific votes that build the identity you want. Then you make them tiny enough that you cannot say no.

๐Ÿ’ผ Start With the Two-Word Sentence

Here is the shift. Instead of "I want to lose 20 pounds," you say "I am healthy." Instead of "I should read more," you say "I am a reader."

The goal is an outcome. The identity is a person. Outcomes end. People keep going.

Inside the course you write your own two-word statements, one for each area you care about. Then we pressure-test them. A statement like "I am disciplined" is too vague to act on. So we break it into votes you can cast before 9am.

One student rewrote "I am organized" into a single vote: clear the desk before leaving each night. Sixty seconds. Ninety days later she described herself as the most put-together person in her office, and meant it.

๐ŸŒฑ The Vote Has to Be Absurdly Small

When your identity is at stake, you protect it by never missing twice. That only works if the action is small enough to survive a bad day.

Want to be a writer? The vote is one sentence, not one chapter. Want to be someone who trains? Put on the shoes. That is the whole vote. Most days you keep going once the shoes are on, but the shoes are all we require.

We build your votes at this size on purpose. A vote you can cast when you are tired, sick, or traveling is a vote you will still be casting in March.

Then we add the second layer: evidence. You log each vote where you can see it. The stack of proof becomes the argument. You are no longer trying to believe you changed. You have the receipts.

โ˜ฏ๏ธ When You Miss, You Vote Again

You will miss. Everyone does. The difference between people who reshape their identity and people who reset every January is one rule: never miss twice.

Miss Monday, and Tuesday is not a failure to recover from. It is just the next vote. We spend a full lesson on the recovery move, because the recovery is where identity actually forms. Anyone can start clean. You are building the person who comes back.

We also cover the votes that quietly work against you. The scroll, the snooze, the "I'll start Monday." Those count too. You are always voting for some version of yourself. This course makes the ballot visible.

๐Ÿš€ The Formula You Will Leave With

    Awareness โ†’ Authenticity โ†’ Action.

First you see the votes you are casting now, the good and the costly. Then you name the person you actually want to be, in your own words, not borrowed ones. Then you cast one small vote today, and again tomorrow.

That is the whole engine. No motivation required. No perfect conditions. Just the next small vote, and the proof that stacks up behind it.

๐Ÿ’– Ready to Cast Your First Vote?

By the end of the course you will have a written identity map, a set of daily votes sized to survive your worst week, and a tracking system that shows you the person you are becoming in real time.
