1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy explains the rights and procedures applicable to customers (“Customer”, “you”) who purchase digital products, online courses, or educational materials from Exponential Ventures EOOD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via the website KnowledgeVault.vip.

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act regarding withdrawal rights and refund conditions for digital content.

2. Applicability

2.1 This policy applies to all digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, and other electronic content purchased directly through KnowledgeVault.vip.

2.2 Physical products, if ever offered, will be subject to separate terms.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

3.2 However, this right does not apply once digital content has been fully delivered and the Customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

3.3 During checkout, Customers are required to confirm:

“I expressly agree to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once access is granted.”

3.4 If you do not consent to waive this right, delivery of the product will occur only after the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

We will acknowledge your withdrawal request via email.

5. Refunds

5.1 If your withdrawal request is valid and accepted, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

5.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 No fees will be charged for the refund.

6. Exceptions to Refund Eligibility

No refund will be granted:

After digital content has been fully delivered or downloaded with your prior consent and acknowledgment of the withdrawal waiver.
For personalized or customized digital materials.
For services that have already been fully performed (e.g., coaching sessions).

7. Technical Issues

7.1 If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact success@theexponentialcoach.com within 14 days.

7.2 We will assist in resolving the issue or, if the problem cannot be resolved, provide a replacement link or equivalent access.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication may result in account suspension or legal action to recover losses and fees incurred.
